Watermans Printers Scoop Two Top Awards at Irish Print Awards 2014
Watermans Printerswon two prestigious awards at the 2014 Irish Print Awardswhich was held on Friday 28th November at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Dublin Northwood.
The winning awards were for Brochure Printer of the Year and Magazine Printer of the Year.
Brochure Printer of the Year Award
‘IADT Prospectus’ brochures x 3 sorts were produced on behalf of our client Catalysto Design.
These three brochures are part of a visually stimulating suite of designs that use strong colours, engaging photography and challenging content. The brochures are printed on Challenger Offset Uncoated material. The outer 4pp covers were accurately attached to the main cover ensuring visual alignment of the fine lines in the background on both covers
Magazine Printer of the Year Award
‘Summer Time’ was produced on behalf of our client Kerry Ingredients & Flavours.
Summer Time is a Kerry B2B magazine aimed at the passionate BBQ managers of all the UK retailers. The design of the publication echoes that of an off-the-shelf foodie magazine and employs infographic visuals to illustrate data. The magazine was printed on Cyclus Offset paper which was chosen specifically to reflect the current ‘organic, rustic and real’ design trend present in today’s foodie magazines.

EY Entrepreneur of the Year (Brochure Category). This was printed on behalf of our client Neworld Associates.
Denise’s Delicious Coffee Gateaux (FMCG Packaging Category). This was printed on behalf of our client
Glenview Hotel & Leisure Club (Sheetfed Colour Offset Category). This was printed on behalf of the Glenview Hotel and Leisure Club.
